Sweet Potato Variety recommendations?

Thinking of trying to grow sweet potatoes for the first time this year. been perusing the sandhill preservation website.

so far I’m thinking:
Delaware Purple
Frazier White
Japanese
Ginseng Red

Also contemplating a purple variety but none of them seem to stand out above the rest from what I can find so far. I was considering maybe:
Dingess Purple Flesh
Molokai Purple
Schaum’s Purple

Would love some help on picking out cultivars!

Bradshaw is superb. IMO, the variety Glenn lists as “Purple” is arguably one of the best for deep purple flesh along with high production.

I was sent Ted’s Red as an alternative from Sandhill. I have been impressed with it and have been growing it for several years now. As the name suggests, it is red/orange in coloration. I am in zone 6 PA.
