I agree with you, and I was one of the original Mods so got a pretty close up view of how he managed things- the man would have been an excellent Supreme Court Justice. I’ve never known him to express himself in a way that suggested he was taking something personally in a negative way- Teflon to conflict and never tripping over his own ego. That he could accomplish this while ultimately arbitrating (deciding, really) all the tactical decisions of this forum (full owner and CEO, after all) is admirable.
Although not anything I aspire to
