The bagging starts

3 for 1$. No problems after putting them on. . I’m pretty sure it was crows. They also figured out that the bags have something nice inside!

So far I am liking the results of bagging my apples. I bagged about 70 on 7 3rd leaf tall spindle and espalier trees.

Williams Pride

Rest of the bagged apple pics r in the house and I’m out hunting wabbits. They are helping themselves to my garden .

Got a pic of my Zestar yesterday. Think I may have left to many on this 3rd leaf tree but boy do they look good.

Clemson Bags. Clemson Says to thin and bag when the fruit is thumbnail size, but in my experience, I still get a fair amount of natural fruit drop after that point.

This is specifically peaches, what do you guys think?

When do pests, big and small, start attacking plums and apricots? Just to help me decide when to wrap or spray(tho that’s my last resort) the plums and one lone apricot growing on a branch.

I read many experiments in the above thread…do we have a “current best” for non-spray techniques for protecting plums and apricots?

I’m at PNW area in case it makes a difference.
