Bob, are they really that red? Its a beautiful color. No other persimmon I know is so bright red.

I just happened to be reading this thread again, trying to figure out when to check Walmart. I’d forgotten all about it. When they are firm mature, I’d be thrilled to buy some Rojo Brillante from you and pay postage.
I just got my CO2 canister for my Sodastream filled today too. Maybe I’ll try to do the CO2 ripening at home finally.
