The English vegetable picked by candlelight

I wrote an article on the ‘rhubarb triangle of Yorkshire’. They pick the rhubarb by candlelight, also as to not disturb the light color of the white-ish-green leaves. They grow beautifully, and very well for the stalk and not the poisonous leaf. Fascinating!
