Tips of peach tree are narrow and twisted

Earlier this year, my trees were hit pretty hard with some insect (looked like an aphid) that caused some similar-looking damage. I treated with imidacloprid and haven’t noticed any insects since. However, it’s been a couple of months since that happened, and some of the new growth on one of my trees is looking unusual. It looks narrow and twisted and a little burned, much more than the other trees.

One of my other trees appears to have been hit with an oriental moth, but that’s a very different appearance, so I don’t think it’s the same thing affecting my other tree.

Any ideas on what could be causing the narrow and twisted growth tips? Or, is that healthy growth, and I’m just paranoid?

It looks like herbicide/chemical damage to me. It’s possible some cultivars are more sensitive than others.
