Transplanting Blackberries

I have 3 (2 Natchez and 1 Triple Crown) BlackBerry bushes that have been growing in buckets for about 2 years. I have kept them in an unheated shed over the winter. Well time has gotten away from me this spring and they are really putting on growth and about to flower. I am wondering if I can still transplant them to the ground, or if I should wait until this fall or next spring while they are still dormant? 2 bushes that are already in the ground are just starting to come out of dormancy.

Zone 7a. Temps in the mid 80’s the next few days and then falling back into the 60’s and 70’s for the next few weeks.

Thanks in advance for any help.

They will do much better planted in a sunny location asap!
No advantage to leave in bucket

The temperatures mentioned are fine. Critical points are thoroughly wetting the bucket soil (via submersion or simple overhead watering) and trying to not break many new white rootlets during the transplanting maneuver.
