Couple of questions. I just moved a raised bed of strawberry plants and when I planted them I used a heavy weed barrier underneath because I have a Trumpet Vine plant that won’t stop suckering 50 feet away everywhere. I killed the trumpet vine 3 years ago but I’m afraid it’s still there. I planted several trees recently and I’m hoping the trumpet vine leaves them be.
So the weed barrier was hard to pull up as roots were grabbing the bottom and the soil was hard to pull up from the top from the strawberry plants.
Wondering if these are from the Strawberry roots or trumpet vine?
