Twig Dieback

I’m getting a lot of what I think is twig dieback on this peach. Wrinkling and turning gray, cambium a muted dry green. Brown spots within the gray areas? All branches have varying degrees, some worse than others. Ive posted here before about my 3 potted peaches. 1st one looks beautiful, zero dieback and is starting to leaf out. 2nd one has one or two spots of twig dieback but not bad. This 3rd one I’ve imaged is not looking good, however the main trunk is plump and bright green cambium. They have all been given the same care in the garage this winter. Ive watered 4 times since I got them mid October. Any suggestions on possible cause, how I might be able to reverse this and or avoid it in the future?
