Uneven Concord "seedless" grape ripening

My Concord Seedless (which has seeds for me) is in its first year of wild production. I have clusters everywhere, even after the bird tax.

But the grapes in a cluster don’t seem to ripen all at once. I’ll have half purple and half green on a cluster, and I’m not sure when to pick them.

Am I doing something wrong? More sunlight? They are not in an ideal planting position, growing up my back porch.

They don’t all ripen at once which is characteristic of that variety. You can see very green grapes growing beside fully ripe ones. They have seeds for me as well due to our climate.

How do you harvest them? Individually, or just grab a cluster when it’s mostly ripe?

Individually one grape at a time.
