Hi everyone I just want to share a video from a post I come across about a video on YouTube about unheated greenhouse in Montreal that he made.
The video lasts about 30 minutes but its a really interesting story e informative about how he accomplished growing several different varieties of fruits and vegetables and have success after building several other greenhouses.

He did not comment on the quality or taste of the fruits. I wonder what brix levels he is getting… The other thing that comes to my mind is insects and disease.
