I know its about impossible, but figured I’d throw it out there for anybody willing to guess. The pic is of the fruit last year mid September. It was ripe here in zone 3b/4a central MN at that time and brix tested at 19. It has juicy, crisp, sweeter than tart, yellowish flesh. My wife and I both really liked them. There’s a good chance the word “sweet” is in the name somewhere as I’m drawn to grafting those varieties. The scion likely came from GRIN, Fedco, or Maple Valley Orchards. It would likely be known as a zone 4 winter hardy variety.

Sweet 16, Spice Sweet, Hayford Sweet
