Callery pears can tolerate a lot of water

BET rootstocks for pears are equally as tolerant of water.

Osage orange are a tough tree like it’s cousins the mulberry and Che fruit , but like pears they don’t like water they might semi tolerate it. I look for wild callery growing in wet areas that are more tolerant than most callery when I have a spot like that. You might get some tidbits from this thread on terracing and using berms and swales

You can use the Japanese trick of stairstepping the water down the hills in a series of ponds like I did
