What are some of your favorite books about fruit 🍍

I recently got through Pomegranate Roads by Gregory Levin. Utterly fascinating tale about his expeditions through the Central Asia during the USSR, his introduction of various pomegranate breeds (Sumbarski and Salavatski, for example), and more!

Does anyone have other books about fruit that they’ve enjoyed? Whether about stories, growing, grafting, or more

There’s another good pomegranate book I’ve seen mentioned here called “the incredible pomegranate”.

Not exclusively about fruit but I really like “paradise lot” by Eric toensmeier & am currently really enjoying “The nature of oaks” by Douglas W Tallamy.

I just finished Epitaph for a Peach. It was an enjoyable read.

Pomegranate Roads sound really interesting! Soviet botanical/horticultural history is fascinating.
