What blogs do you read?

I’m wondering what orcharding or gardening blogs people enjoy reading. I like Craig LeHoullier’s tomato growing blog, but I don’t know many others. What are your favorites?

Thanks for sharing

Mostly just this one, now. Though, I don’t post nearly as much as I used to. I was a member of the old gardenweb forums before it changed hands. I’ve also been on the tomatoville and the bananas.org forums, but don’t really visit either of those any longer. So, yeah, mostly just growingfruit.org

Northern Pecans is an awesome blog even if you never have any intention of growing pecans!

This one is totally different from Northern Pecans, but I think it’s outstanding, too.

For outsanding information on many useful topics (including plant growing/breeding, grafting, etc), surf over to skillcult.com and feast your mind on some of the highest quality information available online. Steven Edholm isn’t hesitant to experiment and share his results with the world, and often explores obscure subjects which should be more widely known. Do yourselves a favor and subscribe; new content appears weekly and is very well presented. As an information junkie, I’ve waded through many thousands of internet sources, and Skillcult is right up at the top of my list. Check it out–you won’t regret it.

A nice gardening blog for a VA type climate is Pam Dawling’s who wrote Sustainable Market Farming. She speaks all over and shares her powerpoint slides on her blog.
