Do you like it as far as white peaches go?
For me it was a total dud. It had an annoying tinny taste and the fruits were small. It was productive though. I have no idea why it is so popular, maybe for cooking it is good.

Maybe it is easy to propagate and that is why it is advertised. I never noticed them pushed much 14 years ago.
They pushed it 20 years ago because I was growing it then… lots of places were selling it and I bought into the hype.
Agree with Scott. I had it a few years ago and thought it was just OK. They sold it everywhere so I assumed it was a good one.
I planted 25 trees of them in 1981. Nobody wanted white peaches. Bruises easy and flavor is not as good as other whites. Fast forward to today. I sell every Blushing Star that the June Bugs don’t get. Good flavor and firm enough tree ripe to sell. Today’s young moms that don’t can or freeze love them for their kids.
