Can anyone tell me what’s ruining my apples? I sprayed these guys with surround in the spring - like my other trees- but these guys are up near my house and not in the orchard.
Whatever it is, is getting into the bottoms of them.
It could be codling moth. They like entering at the calyx on later apples. Did you cut open the apples and see if there were worm trails?

Once and done doesn’t do it - it takes successive,all season sprays
