It’s probably just a mold growing on overipe/split fruit.

Hard to tell from the pics, but it could be mealybugs. They like to crawl into the bunches and multiply. A small population isn’t a huge deal, but they do transmit grape viruses and the honeydew they produce can grow mold and cover your fruit.
