Passionfruit ice cream!
This is pretty similar to a recipe I’ve used before, I think I subbed out the some of the heavy cream for milk just because it seemed rich enough with the egg yolks. It’s a great way to preserve them so you can enjoy passionfruit flavor during the winter months.
