What type of fruit do you freeze?

I freeze several fruits to blend with water and sugar and was curious if anyone does this different than I do.

I freeze canteloupe, strawberries, cucumbers, jicama and make some delicious flavored water from one years harvest to the next. I still havent finished last all of last years harvest. I already froze strawberries and currently freezing cucumbers. Canteloupe should come in, in a few weeks.

What do you freeze to have a refreshing fruit drink all year round?

Forgot to mention my favorite drink. I usually do well with watermelons so the extras I juice no water or sugar needed. I look forward to this every year and will juice a few this weekend.

I freeze sweet and sour cherries, prune plums, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and muskmelon cubes. Seedless grapes are processed into juice and canned.

I freeze all fruits Im able to. I would rather can in the winter. And there’s no rush canning jam type products, so I freeze that sort of stuff. I also buy marked down bananas when able and freeze them pureed for making banana bread in winter.
