What variety is this Pluot?

Was out in the yard, and saw some more color on the solitary Emerald Drop on my 4 in 1 pluot. Verdit: we like it!

It still had a good amount of acid, but was also sweet and juicy. I didn’t measure brix. Perhaps I was partially motivated to pick it because the wasps have been going nuts lately out there. They are eaten unripe honeycrisp apples on the ground, and going to town on the green gages. I’d intended to pick some gages, which have begun splitting from the recent rains, but didn’t feel safe after getting stung while mowing yesterday.

This is by far the most yellowjackets I’ve seen since we’ve been here in maybe 13 years. Hopefully they eat stink bugs.

Also pictured our Splash, which are still outstanding, and some tiny Chojuro pears that I let overset and didn’t water well.
