What's wrong with Cherry trees

Leaf cutting bees have been devastating most of my trees. Hope they are done.

Now, dealing with problems with the cherry trees. Leaves are dieing. What may be the cause?

That looks to mostly be a knock-on effect from the bee damage. As long as the new growth looks good, the tree should be OK. Beyond that potted trees in high heat and wind may have some leaf damage. Next might be water issues, saturated media, or salt burn.

My wife & I picked cherries today at the home of a friend. We noted about 90% of the fruit on one tree looked like these. New to me. Any way to prevent this in future?

No rot in our dry climate, but must be disappointing for our friends. Advice appreciated & I will pass the word.
