I have seen many selling in Philadelphia China town. Also Conestoga nursery in East Earl, PA sometimes carry persimmon.

I’ll second Off The Beaten Path Nursery. Bill is a really nice and friendly guy with a lot of interesting plants. He seems to specialize in figs but has many types of persimmon and lots of other plants as well. I wish I had bought more plants from him when I was out in Lancaster last year.
