Which varieties make other persimmons to be full Of Seeds

Today I tried my persimmon fruits and found the fruits are full of seeds. I have chocolate, saijo, Sheng, great
Wall, and firecrystal.

Your chocolate is doing it. I grafted one branch of chocolate and several hundred pounds of fruit were full of seeds for the first time. Cut that branch off.

This is off topic but how hardy is fire crystal for you? @Sophia2017 mine experienced winter injury when temps went below zero for a night last winter.

It is very rare below zero at my location. My fire crystal persimmon tree never experienced below zero.
