I have a Little Prince dwarf banana that had been doing great, but its newest leaves are coming in variegated! 
Is this indicative of any potential issue, or should I just consider myself lucky for having such a pretty mutation

I see the rib is green, so perhaps it is a mutation. Is this from a TC or a pup?

It’s from one green world and I don’t believe they sell tissue cultures, but I could be wrong. Mine is pupping so readily that I can’t imagine they wouldn’t be selling the same.
They do occasionally source plants as TC and then repropagate in-house.
