What is cause of mummified peaches?
Non mummified peaches could have gone a little longer. But there were birds and ants starting on them. Tree is August Lady peach.

Brown rot.

What does one do to prevent brown rot? My next door neighbor’s tree produces wonderful peaches, but we see a handful of these “mummified” peaches, too.
On the upper right hand of your screen click on the magnifying glass. In the search box, type “brown rot”. There are many discussion on this topic.
