I acquired some wild leek seeds and have them germinating. Up until a few days ago I thought they grew in a single season like a bunching onion, but now I know they take several years to get large enough to harvest. Is there any way to speed up the process? If I grow them indoors in my southern window (full sun) will that give them a longer growing season than they would’ve had in two seasons outside or is it just always going to take several years?
