I would buy 5 fig cuttings for $5 myself. Etsy/Ebay…here…FB etc.

When you buy a fig plant esp this time of year you’re basically buying a root system. Most of the top on those needs removal next spring. They only bear on new wood so what’s there is only structure.
They are probably rootbound. That can be cleaned up as well. That’s a good price. No ones making a profit at that price.

I’m going to say yes to 5 fig cuttings. 
But suggest the 5 come from the $25 discounted tree…and then it’s price will be zero.

That is the same math for our current economy.
If you want to invest in my private equity FigRock we can buy that plant for $20 and cut it up and root many many cuttings and sell them all for profit. Eventually we run him out of business and the next guy posts on some group ‘would you buy these figs discounted at $50’. We get rich and people pay more… for everything! So if u want to privately make some monies invest with FigRock.
