I currently have Elberta, Reliance, Victoria, Bounty and Redhaven.
What have been your experiences with these in my region? What other varieties can you recommend with a focus on taste and varied harvest times

Madison and Veteran are the most reliable producers for me in Zone 5 Ohio and they are good. Contender and Blushingstar taste better, but are slightly less reliable though they still do well. Redhaven falls in between those two groups on both levels and is good overall. If I had to choose only one, it would be Contender.
I am in zone 6 NEPA and have had good success with Glenglo, Redhaven, Ernie’s Choice, and Contender. Those produce from late July to early September for me. They have all been good trees. My Redhaven is in decline due to a fungal infestation, but I still think very highly of the variety.
Consider Garnet Beauty, Contender, Blushingstar, Madison, and maybe White Lady.
All of these have fruited for me in z6b NEPA except for Madison which I don’t yet have.
I am in zone5 Chicagoland. Reliance is reliable and early and flavorful. Challenge is reliable and productive. Ironically, Snow Queen which should not be hardy in zone5 is more reliable than most of other peaches/nectarines in my yard.
Raritan Rose might work in a good year, too, though I can’t yet say from experience.
The Paul Friday peaches might work, too, but I’ve never cared for the taste of any of them that I’ve sampled.
Annie- Do you spray your Snow Queen with antifungals?
I do limesulphur for dormant spray early winter/later fall and do copper dormant spray in early spring. In general, I don’t need to do any spray during growing season unless something odd comes up.
I just ordered a BlushingStar and Madison. Thanks for the recommendation
