I feel like this whole topic would be a popular illustrated children’s book…for at least a few days. Working title “Everyone Secretly Pees in the Garden.”

If that’s so, how do wholesale nurseries get 5 or 6 feet of growth from a graft…and it takes longer for the rest of us because our plants don’t utilize nitrogen the first summer?

Somehow its a wonderful idea to put chicken, cow, and horse poop and pee in the garden… but if you tell someone that you use your own pee…you are a freak. And nobody will ever eat anything out of your garden… it will be contaminated for sure.

@krismoriah there is an interesting idea…to keep human tresspassers out of your apples and tomatoes…put up a sign “fretilized using human and animal urine and feces”
so long as you’re not selling them at the farmer’s market…
might discourage snoopes and thieves!

They dont need to read…they smell
I know that coyote urine is sold as a deer repellant.
I have no idea how they get their hands on enough to sell product.
Milorganite is sold as a fertilizer and is made from sewage etc. Caveat is that it repels deer and other varmints. According to their website its safe to use in the garden.
So Sewage is ok.
We as humans can also tell others that we bury dead fish in our garden and its ok. Fish Fertilizer is ok.
Bones are ok too. Bone Meal.
Blood is ok. Blood Meal.
Human Urine- Socially is not ok for the garden.
You gotta wonder about how many billion people in the US over time have flushed their urine and feces and how in the world do we not end up drinking it in some fashion or another.

The nurseries I buy from grow the rootstocks in the field and bud graft in late summer so by next year they get very vigorous growth. I have some grafts get as big as nursery trees the first season that I put on established trees- especially J. plums.
Reminds me of the story about a farmer angered by people pilfering his watermelons. Hoping to discourage thieves, he put up a sign saying “1 Of These Water Melons is Poisoned”. Next day he found the sign had been altered. Someone had crossed out the ‘1’ and wrote ‘2’.

Keep in mind that the dinosaurs were around for about 200 million years. Any water you drink as once dinosaur pee.
One alcoholic I knew told me that he never drank water, " 'cause fish poop in it."
Sewage treatment plants in Minneapolis treat the sewage and release the effluent back into the mighty Mississippi. Every city downstream does the same. By the time it gets to New Orleans it’s been through a lot of urinary tracts.

We keep bones from our meals in the freezer. Once we have enough, they go into the Slow Cooker to make soup. After a day or two chicken or turkey bones will crumble in your hands, but I usually toss them into a pile of leaves along with other kitchen waste and run the lawnmower over them. Then into the compost bin.
Bigger bones get burned then even they will crumble.

Heavy metals and pharmaceuticals.
It is also a fact that every breath of air we take we receive air that had been through Christ’s lungs. That should make up for all the pee we drink.

I’ve noticed you miss no opportunity to turn secular subject matter into a vehicle to voice your particular religious constructs. This forum is for people of all religious views to discuss fruit trees and matters directly related to their care. Religious discussion is important but this is not the platform for it.

As you so often do.
I believe you meant to say “Must of been a heaven of a set of lungs” I will point out that one breaths much more often than urinates and the same is trur for the air of Shakespeare’s lungs or even that of Genghis Khan. Nothing religious about that. Christ did exist whether he was just a human or is risen.
