It’s a recipe from an oatmeal box, basically a fruit cobbler although some folks also use it to make fruit bars.
In our version of it we use 4x the fruit, resulting in a 1"+ layer of fruit. As fruit ripens around here Janet makes one or two, freezing the second.
For this one we used 8 medium size bananas (4.5 oz) from this harvest: Musa "Namwa" Banana - #106 by Richard
