Blueberry disease, can you identify?

It might also be twig blight. It looks similar to a multi-year problem that I’ve had on some varieties that I think is twig blight. I just prune back to green wood as soon as I notice it. If I stay on top of it, I can generally keep it under control. Twig Blight of Blueberry

I was out picking some wild blueberries in central Pennsylvania and saw this, anyone have any ideas?
