Would anyone know if the variety Caspian is the same as Prince Caspian.
And if Halvin is the same as Halvins Sidewinder.

Halvin and Halvin Sidewinder are different

First one is Sidewinder, there were larger fruits on the tree. This is the one that happened to be ripe, decent fruit for a wild selection.
This is Halvin after being in the fridge for a month. Probably wouldve tasted better if I hadnt waited so long to eat it.

Maybe you’ve answered this before, but is sidewinder the earliest ripening for you or at least noticeably earlier than regular Halvin?
I am not growing either one myself, both of those ripened at Cliffs in late August(2022).
Barrets Best and Nyomis Delicious both ripened at my place this year at the beginning of August, but seems a lot earlier than normal. I even got a few Susquehannas the other day.

I will have prince caspian for the first time this fall.
Danaes creekside (another Tyler Halvin find) produced 2 years ago for the first time and is excellent.
