Early 20th century apple crate stencils - unknown

I’m looking for help. I have several brass apple crate stencils from the late 1800s early 1900s. I have searched the internet endlessly and can find little to no information on some of the names. I have found info on some of them on Wikipedia under “list of apple cultivars” but nothing on others so I’m reaching out here. The stencils are from the estate of a Mr. I. G. Mick who was a storekeeper in the early 20th century in Cresco, Pennsylvania. These stencils were used to mark the wooden crates he sold his various fruit from. Some of the stencil names are FANCY, SPY, W.F., GILLS and QUAKERS. If you have any information on any of these please advise. Thank you

Perhaps check with that city’s library or contact that library or city municipal office to see if they have a name of a local historian. They may be able to help you out.
