Hosta and shade perennial plants

@Bellatrix that’s the one I was concerning for a couple months since bought it from Flower World nursery with the label “Gold Standard” but today just received from Hosta ID experts they said its name “Whirlwind” so I think you can buy it @ Home Depot garden center Kathy.

I have about 30 Hosta plants. My biggest hostas is Empress Wu.


Empress Wu in the middle, red Astilbe on both sides of Empress Wu, this is shady area, but California Shady area so it’s pretty sunny.


Mini hostas, Blue Mouse Ears, Mini Skirt, and Wrinkle in Time. Let’s Twist again is in the front is a medium Hosta.
I will take more pictures later on of the rest. I just deleted them yesterday.

@SoCalGardenNut your Hosta.They are all beautiful. Most of mine just started this year. I have about 70 varieties of Hosta. Very interesting however just worry about the slugs and wouldn’t like to use any chemical at all. My orders will come and will post more pictures later.
