How cold hardy is the Johnson Keeper apple tree?
How far north will it survive and thrive?
What is the furthest north it can ripen fruit?
It Johnson Keeper a disease resistant tree?
Scab resistant?
Mildew resistant?
Fireblight resistant?

I suspect it’s cold hardy enough in zone 5.
A bigger question is if it’d ripen before cold temperatures in fall.
I am not sure…mine has not fruited yet.
