31° and a thin layer of ice on top of the water bowls this morning. Only two more possibly freezing nights and we should be in the clear. It has been highs in the 70s and 80s every day for well over a week now, and that’s all it’s supposed to be in the coming 10 days.

we got two days of good solid rain with a thunder storm at the front of it just like my aching bones told me. 10% lol
anyway it’s perfect weather today.
and looks to continue perfectly. I’m really hoping wednesday is another good strong rain for us. i watered a few things today but would rather not do it again for a week

My first really typical summer day this year that I just hate. Low s in the mid 70s high in the 90s feels like temperature over 100. I got out this morning. Did a little string trimming for about an hour looked like I jumped in the shower totally soaking wet it is 930 am and I’m not leaving the air conditioner. The rest of the day

nasty lil’ bastards! we have moose flies here around water the size of a big hornet. they hurt like hell and you will bleed for about 10min. after getting bit by one. between them and the deer flies they will drive moose bonkers in july. seen them running through the woods with both ears bloodied. poor animals.

86F sunny and very dry with some wind. The grass is all turning crusty and a shade of yellow. Rain tonite thru Friday so hopefully we get a good soaker. Hot hot hot this weekend. I keep hearing about some super turbo El Nino so maybe we won’t have winter this year.
