I saw inverted basin
I was at a site where someone who isn’t thrilled by my design because of having to deal with grease and oil covered metal at the end of the season when the baffles need to be removed who was using some kind of light metal serving plate that he cut open to center onto the trunk and used the extra metal to staple them to the trees. I wish I’d taken a picture because it looked like it might work. Didn’t help with his momma bear though.
Here’s one a friend tried. It wasn’t a squirrel year so I have no idea how affective it is.
