Moringa oleifera roots

Removed my Moringa tree to reuse the pot for another plant. Morninga has been the most challenging plant to grow, this is the first year the seedling lived and grew into a tree.

Tough to grow and yet you had a beautiful plant? But you somehow decided to uproot a hard to grow plant so you could get a spare pot?
It doesn’t add up.

Grew it to harvest leaves for cooking, it never grew enough leaves sufficient for a meal. It might do well if put in the ground and has longer hot climate.

Hi. How you can use them? Thanks!

We use the leaves sautéed or in South Indian soup. The fruits (Drum Stick) is used on soup as well. I am not aware how to prepare the roots.
