Moringa tree

Does anyone have a moringa tree? It is also called the miracle plant. It is extremely healthy. The leaves can be eaten in a salad.

Hi! I try some times but in winter they die. The seeds sprout very well but in winter it’s a bit difficult to get them alive…

That does not look like moringa tree.

Nope…that does not look like moringa. A friend of mine grows moringa in a pot successfully. He’s had it for 4 years now.
I’ve read that moringa has more Calcium than milk. Healthier than kale spinach etc. not sure how true it is but I did buy one of those Moringa powder bags that Costco sells…

I buy it dried by the pound on amazon for around $10-$20. Seems great to me!

I’ve had the same experience. Grows well during the growing season, dies over-winter in my plant room.

It is a zone 9b or higher tree.

Even zone 9b is marginal. It will survive AZ or central CA 9b but won’t make it on the coast same zone.
