Hello Carld! Finally I found you on a place you seem to be more active!
I already wrote you a longer text in another forum.Sorry that it took me so long, but I thought nobody will reply to my old post anymore. so I did not check it out.
You were inrerested in my mulberry collection and I am also interested in some varieties of your collection.
I’ve looked through the posts here, but in the end I’m still unsure what mulberry varieties you currently own?
What varieties that I don’t own can you recommend? I am particularly looking for mulberries with large fruits, also with excellent taste or other mentionworth properties. Also because of space issues I want to avoid varieties that are quite similar or even identical to each other.
Aside from “World’s Best” and “Thai Dwarf” (both should be common here), I have I kept an eye on “N2” and other very rare big fruited mulberries. Here is a photos of the variety:
N2
I have more photos of such interesting varieties that I am looking for and also own ones, but sadly I am not allowed to show more as a new user.
I only know one collector owning N2 and he hesitates to trade or sell it to me…
My current collection of mulberries contains:
Galicja
Shelly
Black Prince
Agate
Carman
Gerardi Dwarf
Miss Kim

The problem is that I currently have not the possibility to graft mulberries, so I am looking for varieties that can easily root out of sticks or air layered/ already rooted plants that can be send to me. I live in Germany.
Looking forward to hear from you ( or of course others here)!
Best regards,
Marco
