My small fruit tree orchard

Here’s something that surprised me … I was at a fruit gathering earlier this year and there were two collectors there, obviously of asian decent, but speaking fluent Portuguese! It turns out they were both raised in southern Brazil. :slightly_smiling_face:

Sorry… for me figs are the most common fruit… there are big fig trees everywere!

I eat some figs from my trees but i even forgot they exist… :grin:

My ex-coworker was of Korean descent but raised in Brazil, so I’m not surprised about that.

I got my second tree because this variety is soo rare and it’s a way to have a backup tree if anything happen to the other.

Good plan. I’ve done that with a few specimens too.
