I try to grow Fausterime in zone 7A/B outside unprotected (in somewhat sheltered location). One of the people I know reported it survived -14C.
I am surprised you have Tubtim Siam and Red Vietnam pomelos. I grafted them in the spring and so far they are surviving but not really doing that great.

I knew fausterime is cold hardy but didn’t imagine he was so cold hardy… impressive!

Hi! I love your orchard! I am new to this forum, but I have just ordered 6 fruit trees for the Spring and would like to train them to be small. Do you have guidelines or books you recommend? I have never grown fruit trees, and I am in 7A Maryland,
