Have you done a layer cake with jam inside?

Fruit jam usually goes well with some meats like chicken, pork, but depends on what the jam is like.

Fruit leather it?

Food bank?

you could get a large sheet of plastic and hire some dancers to wrestle in it…

Baked brie! I personally love a sweet/savory mix of raspberry jam and fresh rosemary, and currant would substitute for raspberry beautifully!

It was over ten years ago that Looza stopped making black current juice, that was a major grocery loss for me.

Top cheese cake or put between layers of a cake.
Make a shrub or soda syrup. We make our carbonated water. So we use up any soda syrup we make.

The international black currant org has lots of recipes.

Can put some sweet n tart sauce in a pan with heat for a sauce for rack of lamb (may want to look up recipes, i usually wing it with 90% black currant or raspberry jam and some other stuff added).
Ice cream.
Ive seen it also used as a sweet n sour sauce on top for “sour cherry vareniki”, uzbek dumplings.
