That sounds delicious. I like the fact that it can be eaten underripe, too.

Does this mean this variety does not need refrigeration, right?

Hi. Yes it’s delicious. This variety is better to pick a bit underripe and let it stay on fruit bowl to eat when each one wants… no nead of refrigeration.

When dies it ripen for you?

If they are late pear for you, it won’t ripen in time for me.

It’s early. Like end August to mid September.

You are in zone 9. I am in zone 6. Don’t think it will ripen here in time. If I were in zone 7 or higher, I would try thus variety.
