Beautiful looking tart! It is 10:00 A.M. and I have my cup of hot Darjeeling tea while viewing this and sure wish I had a slice to go with the tea. Glad to know Pink Lady works as a cooking apple. Not much grown in Wisconsin but I have one friend who does grow them. Thanks Mrs G for sharing! It is inspiring me to make a tart this weekend. So many apples left and I was wondering what next to make.
