I attended the Raintree one a few years ago and learned a lot.

I would like to learn how to do peach and persimmon grafts so that I have a better success rate than currently. I guess these classes focus on apples and pears. At this time of year, that would be too early for peaches/nectarines or persimmons.

Thanks for posting those events and times, but I’m having a little problem navigating the Seattle Tree Fruit Society website.
Is it called the STFS Spring Show, that happens on Saturday, March 9th at Magnuson Park?
The only thing I see happening, according to their calendar,Sunday,March 10th is a pruning demonstration on Vashon Island.
Maybe I missing something?bb

I learned grafting at the HOS workshop about 8 years ago. Very helpful and very empowering! I will go to the scion exchange in March, looking forward to it.

Thanks for noticing my error. I corrected above and added Bremerton show.

Thanks,I’d sure like them to schedule the Raintree and STFS events on different days.Last year, trying to go to both,my arrival in Morton was late afternoon. At least some scions were still available.bb
