Rojo Brillante persimmons?

I have an issue with my potted persimmon, Rojo Brillante. The tip of the leaves, every single leaf, are curled up and burnt.

No one knows what is the cause. It cannot grow in-ground where I live. Best guess is that it lacks some micro nutrient.

I can’t fix it. After I thought it was dead because I kept the pot in my cold garage. ( this past winter was not cold by our standard).

It was not dead but had a very delayed breaking dormancy.

it is probably a metal deficiency, either copper, nickel, manganese, or zinc. If not a metal deficiency, it could be accumulated salt in the container. I would completely flush the soil with fresh (non-chlorinated!) water, then fertilize with a very small amount of liquid fertilizer. Flushing removes accumulated salts. Also, it could be a pH issue. Have you tested the pH?
