I am tepid about the “Chat” icon.

… and have been since its inception. The blue dot overlay on other icons usually indicates recent activity since last visit but not on this one.
I prefer the brighter “friendlier” looking icon colors from before the site update to the icon below which I see in Google Search results and looks dark and foreboding:
Still have the same super annoying problem ever since the update. I’ve grown accustomed to it by scrolling back through the thread to get back to the spot I was on when I turn my phone back on again, but it is unbearable when I try to read through a thread I never read through before (especially long ones).

Did you try hitting the blue Back button? That should take you back to where you were.
There isn’t anything we can do about this unfortunately, they know about the bug though so hopefully it will get fixed one of these days.
Am I supposed to be able to have the ability to edit the title of everyone’s threads? Maybe I was made a moderator? ![]()
Okay, hopefully they fix it.
The blue back button just sends me to the bottom of the thread where I was had clinked to through a link before.
Regulars can change titles, to help clean up typos etc or to fix posts put in the wrong category. Please use judiciously of course.
I’ve recognized it and thought about editing a few titles. I’m not sure I ever have, though, as I default to ignoring it a few days so the creator has first dibs on fixing. I like to think that’s what ultimately happens.
I do like that regulars can help out in a variety of ways. It builds personal connection and investment in site longevity.
