Clark- I have never gotten a scion of it from my Boston friend. My small orchard has been heavy on apples and in my old age it finally dawned on me that pears are easier to grow. With a Winter Banana interstem I guess all options are open. If you’d like a scion of it I will see what I can do.

That is a great story about the Endicott pear. I read about it years ago and thought it was amazing it has lived this long.
